Calling all pickle lovers!!! Super easy, super quick, & super dill-icious pickles. Does it get any better than that?

Recipe

Serves: 12oz jar

Cook time: 5 minute prep, store in fridge over night

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • salt, to taste
  • 1/4 tsp black peppercorns
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3-4 Persian cucumbers, depending on size
  • 3 stems of fresh dill

Directions:

  • Slice cucumbers in spears
  • Roughly chop garlic
  • Trim dill to fit jar
  • Put cucumber spears into the jar first, then add all other ingredients
  • Close lid & shake to thoroughly mix
  • Store in the fridge overnight & enjoy!
