
Anyone have a significant other who can cook but doesn’t really cook but has one thing they always make & are really proud of? That’s this for my husband. Does he get it right every time? …no. But he loves to do it anyway. Not only is it the perfect dipping sauce for a quesadilla or crunch wrap, but I’ve also been known to use it as a make shift pasta sauce when I’m feeling a little lazy & it does not disappoint!

Recipe
Serves: ~12oz
Cook time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups raw, unsalted cashews
- Juice from 1/2 a lemon
- Juice from 1 lime
- 3/4 water
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a blender & blend until smooth.
- Pair with a quesadilla or crunchwrap
