Recipe
Serves: 1
Cook time: 5-7 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp popcorn kernels (Best = Thrive Sprouted Popcorn)
- 1-2 tsp ranch seasoning
- Coconut oil
- Salt
- Olive oil
Instructions:
- Melt coconut oil in a pot or pan
- Add 2 test kernels to the pan over med-high heat and cover
- When kernels have popped, remove from pan
- Add in the rest of the kernels to the pan with a bit of salt. Cover
- Once popping has stopped, turn off the heat
- Add popcorn to a bowl and toss with olive oil, salt, and ranch seasoning
