Recipe

Serves: 1

Cook time: 5-7 minutes

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  • Melt coconut oil in a pot or pan
  • Add 2 test kernels to the pan over med-high heat and cover
  • When kernels have popped, remove from pan
  • Add in the rest of the kernels to the pan with a bit of salt. Cover
  • Once popping has stopped, turn off the heat
  • Add popcorn to a bowl and toss with olive oil, salt, and ranch seasoning
