Is it really Thanksgiving without green bean casserole? I’ll answer that for you: NO! Green bean casserole is arguably my favorite thanksgiving dish, so it only felt right to share my version with the world! It’s only a handful of ingredients, and 30 minutes of your time. Maybe we should start normalizing green bean casserole all year?

Cook time: ~30 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups dairy free garlic & herb broth
- 2-4 tbsp tapioca flour

Instructions:

- Once green beans are cooked, transfer them to the ice bath to stop the cooking process
- Remove green beans from ice bath and pat dry
- Combine tapioca flour and broth
- Add green beans to a casserole dish
- Pour on broth mixture and toss so that green beans are evenly coated
